How soon will my item ship?
Due to all items being handmade, please allow 3-5 business days of processing time prior to shipment. Should you require your item faster, please contact me.  Additional fees may be associated with rushing your order.
 
What are my shipping options?
Domestic

Do you offer free shipping?
Domestic orders over $150 will receive free shipping. Please use the following code during checkout: FSO150.
 
Will I receive a tracking number?
All domestic orders will receive a tracking number once your item ships. International orders will receive a tracking number if your country is eligible. Click here for a list of eligible countries.
 
I'm outside the U.S. Are there any additional charges/fees?
Orders that are shipped internationally may be subject to custom fees, tariffs, VATs and handling fees. Those fees are the responsibility of the buyer. I have no control over these fees and do not know what they will be. Please contact your local customs office for further information. If you choose to not pay these fees, the package will be returned to me, which can take up to 3 months. Once I receive the package, I will then issue you a refund excluding shipping costs. ​
 
I think my package is lost. What do I do?
Please contact me according to the guidelines described below and I will do my best to assist in locating your package:
US/Canada Orders: Please contact me ten (10) business days from shipment if you have not received your order.
International Orders: Please contact me thirty (30) business days from shipment if you have not received your order.

While I do what I can to locate your package, please check with family members, neighbors, coworkers, front office representatives, etc... to ensure that someone else isn't holding your package.

Refunds/replacements on lost/stolen packages may only be offered after a full investigation has been performed by the post office and me. If your package is believed stolen, a mail theft report receipt will need to be provided to me from the buyer in order to process a refund/replacement. 

***Due to USPS guidelines, I am unable to accept lost package claims beyond 60 days from the date of mailing.***
